FAQ

Whether you’re a long-time collector or just curious to check it out, CollectFest is here to celebrate the things you love. Here’s everything you need to know to get the most out of your day at the show.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 9:30am for VIPs and 10:00am for General Admission. The event wraps up at 5:00pm.

When’s the best time to arrive?

The early rush can be busy, so if you’re after a more relaxed browse, we recommend arriving between 12pm and 1pm.

Is there parking?

Yes – all our venues offer parking. Head to the venue website for details, rates, and availability:
Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre

Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre

International Convention Centre Sydney

Will there be ATMs?

Yes – ATMs are available at all venues, but we recommend grabbing some cash beforehand to skip the queues.

Is there food available?

Definitely. Expect food trucks and café options inside the venue so you can fuel up between finds.

How many vendor tables are there?

Each show features between 300–500 tables packed with all kinds of collectables – from trading cards, coins, sneakers, and toys to comics, diecasts, memorabilia, figurines, and more. It’s a collector’s dream.

Can I bring my collection to sell or trade?

Absolutely! We encourage visitors to bring their own collectables to sell or trade with vendors. It’s one of the best parts of the day.

Do I need to pay to attend seminars?

Nope! All seminars are free, and seating is first come, first served. Check out the Speakers and Experiences on offer all weekend.

Can I get a multi-day ticket?

Yes! Weekend passes are available and offer great value if you’re planning to attend more than once.

Who can I contact for help with my ticket?

Do you accept Companion Cards?

We sure do. Companion Card holders get in free when accompanying a paying ticket holder.
